SERVICE CONTRACTS

            Service contracts are designed for businesses that have monthly needs for an IT professional. The hours purchased may be used for monthly maintenance, emergency service, or whatever suits your needs. When the need arises, simply place a call to White Hat PC to setup an on-site call. White Hat PC will schedule the on-site call within 24 hours of receiving the request, if not sooner. (Service Contracts take priority over regular calls).

            Contract hours will be scheduled during normal service business hours. Service business hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm. Weekends and Holidays are not considered normal service business days, however, should the need arise for emergency service during the weekends or on a holiday, it can be scheduled for an additional charge above the normal contract hours. This charge depends on time of day, day of week, and/or holiday.

            The contracts must be paid in advance, which is possible by sending a check/money order, or by Paypal. With the installment plan, the customer mails in a payment each month, or if you use the Paypal method you will be billed automatically each month, leaving you with one less worry. Similarly, most banks now offer scheduled bill payments.

All plans entitle the customer to 2 hours per month, with 10% off the regular rates.

            Service contracts are available to any business located within 15 miles from White Hat PC (over 15 requires a $20 travel charge each visit). In the event your company moves outside of LA County while still under contract, any remaining contract hours will become null and void.

            This plan covers services rendered ONLY and those mentioned in this contract. Any tangible items such as computer parts, wiring, upgrades, memory and such are NOT covered.

            Service contracts are on a month to month basis, each month giving you 2 hours service coverage (unused hours may not be carried over). White Hat PC will extend a 10% discount on any additionally needed hours for service in any given contract month.

            This contract is binding between both customer and White Hat PC for any and all agreements the customer signs up for. White Hat PC reserves the right to amend/change these terms and conditions at any time with or without notice giving respect to present contract holders.
